What is Toons Universe?
Toons Universe is a free co-op survival experience on Roblox, built by the group Toon Shenanigans. You pick an agent, repair machines inside the INNOVA facility, and leave by elevator.
The Roblox APIs identify two separate experiences with different universe IDs and creators. Creation timestamps are not treated as public release dates.
Source status: wiki-only figures are single-source reports. Several pages from the same wiki still count as one publisher. Independent agreement and source disagreements are identified in the text; the source links below were reviewed on 2026-10-27.
The experience

Not the other Toon Universe
Organic TNT’s separate Toon Universe! is place 7775044504, universe 3013769237, created 18 October 2021. Earlier official API research described it as an RPG. It is a different experience; this site does not use its artwork or combine its statistics with Toons Universe.
Who makes it
Roblox lists Toon Shenanigans. An older wiki game page names Brillent, Cat, and Lock. That page also still talks about a June 2025 launch and Sunny's shop, so this site treats it as a historical clue, not the current credit.
