Toons Universe tier list
There is no official tier list. TierMaker templates exist without reasons. The letters below are this site's reading of the wiki kits, dated 27 October 2026.
These are editorial comparisons of the published kits. The external togame.io ranking lists eleven agents despite a thirteen-agent heading; its omissions are not evidence that Curly or Fizzle is unavailable.
Source status: wiki-only figures are single-source reports. Several pages from the same wiki still count as one publisher. Independent agreement and source disagreements are identified in the text; the source links below were reviewed on 2026-10-27.
Agents
S means I would take them into a random public server without a plan. C means the kit is strong and the body is frail.
| Tier | Agents | Why |
|---|---|---|
| S | Nimbus, Weffle | Free, and both fix stamina. togame.io agrees. |
| A | Copper, Patcher, Phantasia, Selena | Shield, heal, buff, or wall vision. Selena extracts slowly. |
| B | Discard, Koi, Squiddle, Teipo, Fizzle | Objective or escape tools once you know the floor. |
| C | Guido and Rossum | Hacking is 5. Speed and stamina are 2. |
| New | Curly | Stun on a charge. Added 5 September 2026. Not on the togame.io list. |
Emblems
Sheep and Chipmunk ride the free starters. Dragon and Bear are the defensive pair I would farm first. A community ranking video from 25 April 2026 is linked as opinion.
| Tier | Emblems | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A | Sheep, Chipmunk | Useful starter-friendly choices; editorial placement. |
| B | Dragon, Bear | Defensive utility; editorial placement. |
| Unranked | Other emblems | No complete independent comparison found. |
Infecteds, by attention they demand
High: Phantasia's second phase, Fizzle's ambush, Selena if nobody is watching. Medium: Copper's sprint, Weffle's cart, Nimbus's gas. Low, if you know the tell: Squiddle's tentacles and the ceiling holes.
| Tier | Infected forms | Why |
|---|---|---|
| High | Phantasia, Fizzle, Selena | The page's editorial attention grouping; not an official difficulty score. |
| Medium | Copper, Weffle, Nimbus | The page's editorial attention grouping; not an official difficulty score. |
| Low | Squiddle | The page's editorial attention grouping; not an official difficulty score. |

Questions
Is this official?
No. It is an editorial table with the date on it.
Why is Koi not S?
Extraction is excellent and sanity is one pip. That tradeoff is why she sits in B here.
Where is the emblem tier?
In the section above, as a short pick, plus the April video.
