How to read it
Speed and stamina keep you alive between machines. Hacking and extraction finish the floor. Sanity is how long a chase lasts before your stamina cap falls, on the wiki's description.
Guido and Rossum will inflate hacking and sink speed. That is the trade the C row on the tier list is about.

Does this know my inventory?
No. It only knows the public roster.
Can I save a team?
Not in this version. The emblem checklist is the only saved tool state.

A readable party, not a claim about the 35-player server cap.
