Toons Universe emblems
Each agent has one emblem. The wiki says they unlock at level 100 and that you equip two. No official condition table was found, so that level is marked as a single wiki source, with two YouTube titles as a weak echo.
The level requirement, equip limit and exact effects come from the same community wiki. An older ranking video is opinion and does not independently verify every percentage.

Effects
Trivia on the same page: Unicorn heals only when you finish the objective yourself. Tadpole does not stack. Fish cuts the maximum cooldown, not the one already running.
