Twelve Infected forms have their own wiki pages. Older pages still say 10 or 11. Infected Solar and Infected Sunny are not counted in the current twelve.
Infected behaviors and damage notes below are single-source wiki records. No official HP table is available in the cited sources.
Source status: wiki-only figures are single-source reports. Several pages from the same wiki still count as one publisher. Independent agreement and source disagreements are identified in the text; the source links below were reviewed on 2026-10-27.
Shared rules
- The community wiki says Infected counts increase with floor depth and depend on the remaining players. Its starting-count statements conflict, so this page does not give a confirmed starting minimum.
- The same wiki page says a minimum of three per round, but also usually two on floor one for four or fewer players and usually three for four or more players. Those ranges overlap at exactly four players and conflict with the stated minimum. No independent count was verified.
- A failed skill check pulls a nearby Infected unless that Infected is already chasing someone.
- You are not spotted while inside the elevator.
- Surviving a floor with a given Infected unlocks a note in the lobby index.

| Selena | Freezes while observed and moves rapidly when unobserved; the mechanic names the closest agent’s view. Sleeps periodically. Staring is not established as the cause of sleep. |
| Squiddle | Does not patrol. Tentacles hit for one heart, then he moves. |
| Teipo | Green trails slow you for 5 seconds and can refresh. |
| Weffle | Cart of up to three waffles. The bell pulls her. Each waffle stuns 15 seconds. |
