What happens when you die?
Hearts hit zero and the run ends for you. The only written description of the next screen is the old game page on the community wiki.
The death-screen description is from one older community-wiki page. No current independent source in this review confirms the interface or exact settlement rules.

What the page says
Agents have 3 hearts. An Infected hit, or some abilities, removes one. At zero hearts you die.
The old game page says you then choose spectate or return to the lobby, and that a Malachor summary appears, based on floors, Infecteds met, and items picked up.
The same old page says missing the elevator in Panic Mode eliminates you even with hearts left. That line has no second source.
Questions
Do I lose all Malachor?
No source says that. The page describes a per-run summary, not a wipe of your account.
Can I spectate?
The old game page says yes. It has not been rechecked against a 2026 screenshot.
Is this official?
No. It is one community page, and an old one.
